AUGEO has signed a contract with a Croatian company that manufactures consumer electronics elements to define the process of its establishment in Florida (U.S.A.). The project will include a market study (competitors, prices, entry and exit barriers, contingency plans,…) and the execution of the administrative process of establishment in Miami.

AUGEO has signed a contract with an Italian company in the prêt-à-porter fashion sector to identify the markets in Latin America that should be a priority for its expansion in this geographical area. The project must be completed in January 2022, in order to plan the start of operations of the Italian company in Latin America in the second half of 2022.

A Spanish company in the machine tool sector has contracted AUGEO to carry out a survey of the German market with the aim of establishing alliances with companies in the same sector in Germany. AUGEO’s work will include an updated description of the machine tool sector in Germany, will identify the most suitable market segments for the Spanish company and will establish a short list of potential German operators with whom to establish an alliance, taking into account the complementarity of the products and services, the economic and financial situation of German companies and the market share of these German companies. AUGEO will also participate with the Spanish company in the negotiations that will take place.

AUGEO has been contracted by a large Colombian cut flower producer to carry out a detailed analysis of the European Union cut flower market. The project will include a static analysis, with a precise description of the markets, cut flower references and average prices, and an assessment of the evolution that this market is undergoing during the last ten years, as well as the expected trends in the coming years.

REBAR (JANUARY – JULY / 2021)

In the period from January 1 to July 31, 2021, the REBAR price on the LME has exhibited a maximum price of US $ 794 / MT and a minimum price of US $ 563 / MT, with an average price of 674.75 US $ / MT. The average price in the mentioned period has increased by 14%. SCRAP (JANUARY – JULY / 2021)

In the period from January 1 to July 31, 2021, the SCRAP price on the LME has exhibited a maximum price of US $ 525 / MT and a minimum price of US $ 387.50 / MT, with a price average of US $ 466.54 / MT. The average price in the aforementioned period has increased by 7%. AUGEO has participated during the month of August 2021 in an audit process of several companies in the steel sector located in Hannover, Dusseldorf and Frankfurt. The process began with a general meeting of the participating companies in Berlin. This project has been carried out for a Spanish Business Group that wishes to consolidate and deepen its strategic and commercial agreements with the German steel companies that have been involved in the process.

The AUGEO Group has designed a 5 hectare intensive farm structure in Slovakia. The multi-tunnel greenhouse structure will produce vegetables throughout the year, as it has heating systems.

During the month of May 2021, the upward trend in the SCRAP and the REBAR in the LME spot market has been maintained.

The average price of SCRAP in May was 14% higher than in April, with maximums reaching 525 US $ / MT, and it was 21% higher than the lowest average price registered in 2021, which was that of February month.

For its part, the average price of REBAR in May was 17% higher than the average price in April, with maximum prices reaching US $ 794 / MT in May, and it was 25% higher than the lowest average price registered. in 2021, which was in February.

AUGEO has contracted with a Dubai company specialized in luxury residential construction for its implementation in the United States, using the AUGEO base of operations in Florida, but focusing development activity in the states of Florida, Washington DC, Arizona, Texas, California and Washington.

The prices of steel derivatives show a growth trend that will continue, at least in the medium and long term, due to the increase in industrial activity. This price growth is associated with the increase in world economic activity, especially in the geographical areas of North America, Europe, the Middle East and East Asia. This increase in economic activity is related to greater control of the COVID19 epidemic in these geographic areas, and an associated relaunch of business operations.
