AUGEO has been hired by a major French wine Denomination of Controlled Origin (AOC) to describe a business development project in Latin America. The project includes the economic quantification of the markets, a qualitative survey of them and the definition of a three-year budget, with specific objectives and mechanisms for measuring results.

AUGEO has been hired by a company in the ICT Sector of the United Kingdom, located in London, a project to advise on the functionalities of specific management software for agri-food companies, including the areas of purchasing, production, sales, accounting and taxation. The application, especially oriented towards small and medium-sized companies, will be configured as a comprehensive management tool for agri-food companies within the regulatory framework of the European Union.

AUGEO, through its subsidiary in Central America, has increased the cultivation area of vegetables, currently reaching 18 hectares. Most of the production generated, almost 90%, is destined for North America.

AUGEO, through its Agri-Food Division, has begun its operations as a supplier to an important Spanish supermarket chain. Its scope of action is the supply of Spanish and international fruits and vegetables to the aforementioned supermarket chain.

AUGEO has been hired by a French company in the furniture sector to define, plan and budget a commercial development program in the European Union. The program will include Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to monitor the development of the program over three years.

AUGEO, through its Agri-Food Division, has contracted with an important Spanish supermarket chain to supply vegetables and fruits during the 2023 – 2024 campaign.
The contract includes stable campaign prices, as well as agreed volumes of the different references.

AUGEO has been hired by a British company in the chemical sector to prospect the Latin American market and describe a commercial program in a three-year scenario. The commercial program, which will be directed from the central office in Madrid and coordinated with the offices in Miami, Panama and Asunción, will include deployment scenarios, communication programs and budgets, as well as key performance indicators and contingency plans.

AUGEO has been hired by a leading international magazine in the economic, political and social analysis of the world scenario, to be part of its analysis team in Latin America and the Maghreb.

AUGEO has been hired by an Austrian company in the education sector to describe and manage its commercial and operational development in certain Latin American countries. This project includes the prior selection of priority markets, the commercial deployment in those markets and the start-up of subsidiaries in the chosen markets. The project has a five-year horizon for its execution, with annual reviews of the objectives achieved.

AUGEO has been contracted with a company in the Tourism Sector of the United Arab Emirates to define a strategy for the promotion of cultural tourism in the Emirates, including objectives of priority segments in the European Union, program of actions and budgets of the program in a period of three years.
