AUGEO has been contracted by an Italian agro-industrial company to select agricultural production sites in the Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia). The selection of potential sites will take into account technical criteria (soil quality, water availability, accessibility, etc.) and institutional criteria, as the governments of these countries can approve agricultural land concessions under advantageous conditions.

AUGEO has been hired by a Navarre-based client working in the machine tool sector to conduct a project to explore and evaluate the possibilities of establishing or partnering with local companies in India.
The project seeks to identify the main players in the Indian market who, while initially viewed as competitors, can also be considered allies if there is sufficient complementarity.
The possibility of establishing a presence in the Indian market could be achieved through the purchase of a stake in a local company.
A preliminary implementation and/or partnership program in India, as well as financial plans and a Contingency Plan, will be some of the results that will be provided to the Navarre-based client.
The project will be developed between May and October 2025.

AUGEO has organized a specific support program for its clients during this year’s tax return campaign.
Seven professionals are working across its two Spanish offices, in Madrid and Almería, to answer clients’ questions and assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns.
The team is made up of tax advisors, lawyers, and technical assistants.

AUGEO is working with an Egyptian agricultural group to promote its agricultural products in Spain. The work will begin in April to promote the garlic production campaign.

AUGEO has established a new operating division specialising in advising investment funds. Its area of ​​specialisation is the agro-industrial sector and the regions of Europe, the Maghreb and Latin America. To publicise this new line of work, it has started a personalised communication programme with funds specialising in agro-industry and with the Top 100 international investment funds.

AUGEO has been hired by a German investment group to explore investment possibilities in the Spanish food sector. The work includes defining a short list of possible investment targets, according to the criteria identified by the German investor, and making initial contact with market operators to identify which of them would be willing to start detailed negotiations.

AUGEO has confirmed year-on-year growth in activity in the 3-year period 2022 – 2024. Taking the 2022 financial year as a reference, in 2023 the turnover grew by 8.91% over the previous year, and in 2024 the turnover grew by 160.66% over the previous year. Activity has grown in all of AUGEO’s areas of operations.

AUGEO has been contracted by a Tunisian agri-food exporter as its Commercial Representative within the European Union. The work project includes an initial period of three months to define the primary objectives in the European Union, as well as an implementation plan that will extend over two years, with the possibility of renewing the contract.

AUGEO has been awarded a two-year program contract for a Spanish dry food manufacturer with one of the main distribution chains in Spain. The contract is valid for the years 2025 and 2026.
