AUGEO has contracted with Spanish company of the ICT sector the services of description of the commercial strategy, legal support and taxes advice in its process of implantation in Latin America.

AUGEO has contracted with a company in the ceramic sector to carry out a market survey in the Maghreb countries, with the aim of providing precise information that allows the ceramic company to adopt decisions and expansion strategies in North Africa.

AUGEO has contracted with EXTENDA a study of the Andalusian olive oil industry. The study aims to characterize the offer and measure the sector, as well as segmenting the production marketed in the large distribution channels and the gourmet channel. Final recommendations should include orientations of business strategy.

AUGEO is developing a diagnostic process for the internationalization of a company in the sector of the Iberian products located in Huelva. The process will involve the identification of the most suitable markets for the business of the company, according to its products, services and resources, as well as a strategy of marketing channels.

AUGEO has been contracted by a Basque company for the definition of its programme of development and deployment in Florida (USA). The company, which belongs to the sector of the machine tool, has been marketing its machines in the USA for more than five years, and has considered that this is the time of deploying in USA. AUGEO will not only participate in the preparation of the business program of the company, but it will support the same in all administrative aspects in the setting up of its American subsidiary.

AUGEO has contracted with one of the main operators of the French retail sector the update of its procedures of competitors benchmarking and the description of a system of market intelligence for France. This work must be completed by the end of January 2017.

AUGEO has presented conclussions of the market survey on Iran during a technical seminar in Seville. The event was organized by Extenda – Andalusian Agency for International Promotion and the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Junta de Andalucía. The Hon. Ambassador of Iran, the Minister of Economy and Innovation of the Junta de Andalucía, the President of the Iberiran Association and the Iran Market Manager of Cesce participated in the presentation, as well as the own personnel of AUGEO. The presentation was attended by fifty Andalusian companies.

AUGEO has received the approval and certification for the participation in the International Diagnostic and International Development programs from Extenda (Andalusian Agency for International Promotion), dependent of the Ministry of Economy of Andalusia. These programs are intended to promote the internationalisation of SMEs in Andalusia.

The Business Development Manager of AUGEO has participated in training actions in Bolivia, oriented towards the development of young entrepreneurs (Programa Diploma de Emprendimiento e Innovación Social [DEIS]). The training workshops have been carried out in Santa Cruz, Cochabamba and Tarija.

AUGEO has been contracted by a company in the sector of renewable energies and the development of batteries for the pursuit of funding to allow the construction of new generation batteries production facilities.
